Spent this week evaluating chatbot products. I think api.ai is going to be the best for my purposes. Also, I’m beginning to ‘chunk’ the conversation so I can program it into the bot.

Your questions and phrasing will dominate the interface more than current interfaces. Make sure to take time to reword different versions of your questions like: “what are your goals”. I.e.: where do you see yourself in 3 years?
If you had time to question many people, you could test seeing which of these questions gives the best responses.
